Warranty

VORZÜGE™ Products are built with strict quality control and are tested before delivery to our personal customers or distributors. In addition, your VORZÜGE™ product and all included accessories (except batteries) are covered against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the original purchase date by a limited hardware warranty. Customers are requested to keep the purchased receipt and the warranty card for proof on warranty. Every VORZÜGE™ product comes with full technical support and helpdesk within 30 days of your purchase. If your product is not satisfactory in accordance with the terms of the warranty, please contact Customer.Service@vorzuge.com.

VORZÜGE™ Limited Warranty Policy

All parts defective in material and workmanship. This limited warranty for VORZÜGE™ products covers the functionality of the systems for their normal, intended use as specified in the Owner’s Guide and does not cover batteries or, cost of transportation or a malfunction that has resulted from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accident, excess moisture, improper packing, lightning, power surges, or unauthorised tampering, alteration or modification while not under the control of VORZÜGE™.

We aim to repair all products within two weeks, subject to availability of parts, and will never charge you for a repair outside the warranty period without fully informing you and having your consent first.

Limitation of Liability

For products purchased on this site, the maximum liability of VORZÜGE™ shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the product. VORZÜGE™ shall not be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
